We also continue to see growth in dashboard usage with a 22% increase in monthly sessions for the visualisation dashboard.

Meridian: We began supporting the electricity supply chain within the Market-Wide Half-Hourly Settlement (MHHS) Program with a working model of Meridian’s transformation module.

Waypoint: Our field service management platform processed over 3.5 million commissioning calls, accelerating smart asset rollouts with minimal effort for our customers.

Quality Assurance: Throughout 2023, we conducted over 100,000 automated tests and deployed over 3,000 versions of our products to ensure we provide the best possible platforms for our customers to succeed. Our products have allowed customers to increase their appointments by over 200%!

We’ve continued to deliver exceptional customer service to ensure our customers achieve outstanding results, a core value within the business:

Excellent performance: The team consistently hit all Key Performance Metrics targets across all managed services contracts throughout 2023.

Our people are a fundamental part of Correla’s success, and the People Services team has put a lot of thought and effort into delivering a benefits package that is supportive and fully inclusive. Designed to attract and retain talent and remove barriers hindering employee productivity to help deliver the business’s goals and objectives and ensure we maintain the high levels of customer service we aim for.

Pioneering Leave Policies: We are one of the first organisations to introduce Kinship leave and up to 12 weeks of fully paid gender-neutral Neonatal Leave, leading the way regarding upcoming law changes in April.

29 people within the business took 26 weeks of paid parental leave, of which 15 were men.

Community Recognitions: We are one of the first organisations in the UK to join the Careers After Babies accreditation board. We have also been acknowledged as a Fostering Friendly organisation and recertified as a Mindful Employer.
